Townhouse Garden Design in Kortrijk | Semi-Public Project by Contour
Project Townhouse
"A garden for all" - that was the brief for the project Townhouse in Kortrijk. A residential site designed by Caan Architects together with B2AI Architects and developed by ION.
Structured and simple
The design shows a well-thought-out, contemporary garden design in an urban context. The garden forms a connecting and softening element between sleekly designed architecture. The lines of the buildings are repeated in the division of the planting beds and paths. There is a balance between geometric structure (Corten steel containers, concrete edges, paths) and natural planting with a soft, wild touch.

Project AS
This castle garden was restored with great care, respecting its rich history while addressing contemporary needs. Old structures and new interventions flow subtly into one another, without compromising the soul of the place. The result is a garden that preserves the grandeur of the past while opening space for a fresh future — a harmonious dialogue between heritage and design.
