Minimalist board-formed concrete poolhouse with polished terraces
Garden BAP
This multi-level poolhouse in board-formed concrete is conceived as a sculptural statement: minimalist yet infused with refinement. The integration of a wine cellar and fireplace adds a quiet sense of luxury, where simplicity and comfort converge. The garden is deliberately understated — a serene canvas that highlights the strength of the architecture while allowing space for calm, light, and experience.
Where concrete gleams and silence takes root
At the heart of this project stands the poolhouse as an architectural sculpture — a multi-level volume in board-formed concrete radiating both strength and refinement. The terraces and pool, finished in polished concrete, create a serene foundation. Their role is deliberately subdued, designed to amplify the monumentality of the poolhouse without ever overshadowing it.
The planting is sober yet intentional, composed of delicate multi-stemmed trees carefully selected for their blossom and seasonal colour changes. They bring rhythm and a sense of time to the garden while preserving the clarity and calm of the design. Each tree becomes a living accent, softening the strict lines and deepening the experience.
The result is a garden that breathes tranquility, framing the architecture like a quiet backdrop. Concrete, light, and nature merge into a whole where stillness, simplicity, and refinement prevail.
Between concrete and canopy, a new kind of luxury unfolds
pure, quiet, and effortlessly timeless
